5 Signs Your Anxiety Is Getting Worse

Anxiety can be described as a response to worrying, possibly risky, or unacquainted circumstances. Every individual suffers from some degree of anxiety at some point in life due to various reasons. In reality, specialists state that humans require a certain level of concern to keep on being aware of the situation around them and be attentive. But, the concern arises when this circumstantial worry reprobates into an ailment.

Also known as tetchiness and sometimes a bad temper, impatience is an anxiety indication that mostly disturbs teenagers and adolescents. A fidgety individual is continuously on the verge of reaction and explosion and ready to counter the dangerous situation. But this situation does not have to be as risky and grave as they imagine it to be. Restlessness is also a reason for an inconsistent reply to stimuli.

  • Awakening too early, followed by an incapability to go back to slumber.

Regrettably, we don't sleep well in the survival approach. People with anxiety disorders even get up too early or have breaks in sleep with racing thoughts. It worsens the anxiety disorder.

5.  Increased intake of addictive products

Anxiety disorders often increase by intake of a few addictive products. When you are already stressed out, you might consume addictive substances. However, they only provide temporary relief by suppressing anxiety. Once the products’ effect subsides, you feel more anxious due to its deficiency in the body. So, it might be due to rising stress in your mind if you are consuming such substances.

6.  How to de-stress?

  • Having a healthy diet, which includes natural and fermented yogurt and other healthy food items
  • Daily walks and exercising regularly, at least for half an hour daily.
