Shipping Information

All orders are shipped within 2 business days, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm CST with expected delivery within 3-5 business days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

International Orders are shipped typically by DHL Express and may take 7-18 days from the date of shipment, unless international customs cause a delay.

Shipments from external warehouses around the world can take up to 45 days to arrive. 

Products ordered on Amazon, Wal-Mart or eBay has their own unique shipment and tracking rules. Please consult that platform for more information.

 Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates Non-Value Orders

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is typically based on the weight of your products, and your location unless there is a standard rate available. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to proceed.

Free shipping is applied on retail orders above $50.00.  Any product shipping outside the US will be charged normal shipping rates for that country.  Free shipping does not apply to international shipments.

Shipping Rates Value Orders

The rate charged for the shipping of value orders is a flat fee of $7.99

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns

All returns must have prior authorization with an RMA assigned number.

Please email: info@morenaturalhealing.com to request a refund and we will assign you an RMA tracking number. We'll also give you the appropriate address to return mail your item.

If you are returning a unopened/unused item, it must be in its original unopened/unused condition to qualify for a return and must be processed within 14 days of your original purchase date unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must request an RMA# authorization code from our Customer Service team. Return shipping is not covered and we assess an $8 (USD) processing fee per item returned.  Furtner note that if the original order qualified for free shipping (orders over $50) we will deduct our shipping & handling amount to initially send you the order.  It will be deducted from your refund. Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.

All returns are refunded back to its original form of purchase and processing can take up to 45 days to appear on your statement. Refunds are less any restocking fees or shipping and handling fees.  Return Exceptions, items cannot be returned if they are opened, unless you qualify for the Empty Bottle Guarantee policy. All returns are assessed a 10% restocking fee.  If assessed this fee will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling fees that you paid on the order.

Recurring Value Offers and Cancellation Policy

No cancellation is allowed after purchase, except where required by law or otherwise allowed herein. Once an order has been submitted, your credit card will be charged. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipped. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we will be unable to stop an order after submitted. Below are our types of offers and how cancellation applies to each. PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND EACH TYPE OF ORDER PLACED.

Value Offers Explained & Cancellations: When a customer decides not to continue their use of the product, they are required to cancel within 15 days from the date of order to avoid inclusion within the recurring monthly plan. At the end of 15 days (value end date), the customer will receive completion billing (USD) and subsequent enrollment in the monthly replenishment program. Your next recurring charge will happen on day 30 post your value end date (45 days from initial order date) with delivery of another FULL bottle arriving approximately 3-5 days after. The monthly program delivers a replenishment of your selected product(s) every thirty (30) days thereafter, at the same purchase price originally paid (USD) and typically includes FREE shipping (USD). We recommend that all value order cancellations be made prior to the value end date by calling 1 877-454-3727 — ONLINE CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON VALUE ORDERS, TO ENSURE CANCELLATION HAS BEEN PROCESSED PRIOR TO YOUR VALUE END DATE. Value product(s) are required to be returned for Value cancellation.

Value product(s) are also required to be returned for Value cancellation.

Monthly Replenishment Program Updates and Cancellations: When a customer decides to stop their monthly replenishment of product(s), they may contact Customer Care. We recommend that all cancellations be made two (2) days prior to the next billing date by submitting your request to info@morenaturalhemp.com, or by creating a Membership account and cancelling or changing monthly delivery dates as you desire. Links to the Membership portal can be obtained at morenaturalhealing.com, located within the bottom half of the home page.

Non Value Offers and Cancellation Policy

Non-Value Offers Explained & Cancellations: We take great pride in the quality of the products we offer and your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. In the event you need to return an item to us, you have fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase to contact us and request a refund. IN ORDER TO PROCESS A REFUND, ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED AND ASSIGNED A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. PRODUCT RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION (RETURN TO SENDER) WILL FORFEIT REFUND. Electronic refunds will be issued to the original credit card that was used for purchase and may take up to forty-five (45) days to appear. In the event, an electronic refund is unsuccessful; a refund check may be issued.

Empty Bottle Guarantee Returns & Exchanges - All returns must have prior authorization

Our Empty Bottle Guarantee is valid on day 31 following your date of purchase, and void on day 33 post your original order date. You must request an RMA# authorization code from our Customer Service team and show proof of the empty bottle. Orders from Amazon, WalMart or eBay do not qualify for this return policy.

  • The Empty Bottle Guarantee does not apply to VALUE offers and is not valid. These orders must be returned within 14 days to be considered for a refund. You must request an RMA# authorization code from our Customer Service team. Return shipping is not covered, and we apply an $8 (USD) processing fee per item returned and a 10% restocking fee. If the order qualified for free shipping, we deduct our cost to ship the item.

Returns can take up to 45 days to become visible on your statement, and refunds are less the shipping/handling/restocking fees.

Unopened Bottle Returns & Exchanges - All returns must have prior authorization

To be Eligible for a Unopened Bottle Refund – the Item Must meet all of the Following Criteria:

  • Product must be unopened and unused (excluding Empty Bottle Guarantee returns)
  • Return can only be made on most current product billing cycle NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Return product must be returned to us within fourteen (14) days for US orders and (35) days for International orders, and have an assigned Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We assess an $8 (USD) processing fee per item returned
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and if the order qualified for free shipping, we deduct our cost to ship the item.
  • Repetitive returns are not allowed
  • For refunds on Value and/or Bonus Offers, all items are required to be returned. If all items in the original order fail to be returned, the return is void and not allowed.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds, or who in our judgment, requests a refund in bad faith.

It is strongly suggested that the customer obtains shipping insurance and a tracking number on their return shipment as we will not be responsible for packages that fail to arrive back to the return address provided.

All returns must have prior authorization

    2. Include in your package an explanation or reason for your return and the original receipt, not a copy. 
    3. Credit cards refunds can take up to 45 days to show up on your statement.
    4. We will provide the address of the Returns Location via email.

Reversals And Chargebacks

We consider chargebacks and reversals as potential cases of fraudulent use of our services and/or theft of services and as such will be treated. We reserve the right of filing a complaint with the appropriate local and federal authorities to investigate. Be advised that all activity and IP address information is being monitored and that this information may be used in a civil and/or criminal case(s) against a client if there is fraudulent use and or theft of services. IN THE EVENT THAT A REVERSAL OR CHARGEBACK CLAIM IS FILED WITH THE CARDHOLDER’S BANK, REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE DENIED BY OUR RISK MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT TO PREVENT FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN MULTIPLE REFUNDS.

Credit Card Declines

In the event a credit card transaction is declined, after product has been shipped or received, and you have not exercised your cancellation rights per the terms and conditions, we reserve the right to reprocess the transaction in full. This includes the right to resubmit the charge on or about every two (2) days from the original declined transaction date and up to three (3) additional attempts thereafter. In the event of subsequent credit card declines, you authorize us to resubmit a reduced amount from one-half (1/2) or one-third (1/3) of the full purchase price until the full amount is obtained.
