Our Empty Bottle Guarantee is valid on our original priced natural supplement products day 31 following your date of purchase, and void on day 33 post your original order date. You must request an RMA# authorization code from our Customer Service team. 

The Empty Bottle Guarantee does not apply to VALUE product offers or orders from Amazon or Walmart. These orders do not qualify for this return policy. VALUE product offer orders must be returned within 14 days to be considered for a refund, Amazon and Walmart have their own unique set of rules. You must request an RMA# authorization code from our Customer Service team. Return shipping is not covered by our company, and we assess an $8 (USD) processing fee per item returned.

If you are returning an unopened/unused item, it must be in its original unopened/unused condition to qualify for a return and must be processed within 14 days of your original purchase date unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must request an RMA# authorization code from our Customer Service team. Return shipping is not covered by our company, and we assess an $8 (USD) processing fee per item returned.

All returns processing can take up to 45 days and refunds are less any restocking fees or shipping & handling fees.

  • Return Exceptions

Items cannot be returned if they are opened, unless you qualify for the Empty Bottle Guarantee policy.

  • Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling fees that you paid on the order.

Cancellations

Processed orders cannot be canceled and must be returned with an authorized RMA number. If you contact Customer Service prior to the order being processed, we can attempt to cancel.  

If you have a recurring order process, you can adjust and change your delivery dates or process cancellations through our Membership Program at the membership link.

Refunds

We will not accept or issue a refund for any packages marked Return to Sender or Refused.  

If you return a package, we recommend that you get proof of shipment. Upon receipt of your returned product with a valid RMA number, a refund will be issued to your credit card. After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 3-10 business days to process your refund, but can sometimes take up to 45 days to process. Once a return is processed, it can also take up to one billing cycle for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
